Your coach is a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who has trained professional and amateur boxers and even stepped into the ring herself, competing in the Upper Midwest Golden Gloves Region I championship. Her passion for the sport and deep understanding of boxing mechanics make this class an unbeatable experience.
